INTRODUCTION OF A £4.99 + VAT DELIVERY CHARGE FOR SMALLER ORDERS (generally a 2-3 day service)

As a company Defendapack has been supporting both large & small companies with high quality packaging & free standard delivery for decades. We are determined to continue to support all of our clients in the years ahead & service smaller clients with small quantities of packaging to suit their requirements. However, with increasing labour costs & increases in the delivery charges made by our couriers we need buyers of smaller quantities of packaging to help mitigate these increases.

HOW YOU CAN MITIGATE A SMALL ORDER DELIVERY CHARGE & HELP THE ENVIRONMENT

Because we offer free delivery to most U.K. mainland addresses, it is easy for a client to make a small purchase and have their goods delivered quickly free of charge and order again within a day or two.. We therefore ask clients to help us reduce costs & environmental impacts by grouping their items into fewer orders that exceed the £30 + vat free shipping threshold.

To avoid the smaller order delivery charge: simply add additional products to your shopping basket to the requisite value.
