Long Triangular Postal Tubes / Triangular Postal Boxes - 48.5" x 5" (1,235mm x 127mm)
The
1235mm long DEFENDA triangular postal tube range differs from other
manufacturer’s triangular tubes in not having integral end caps. The
separate end caps supplied with these tubes, which are easily stapled in
place, provides a massive benefit to those needing to ship irregular
length items. Simply cut the pre-creased corrugated board to the
required length and staple the caps into place.
This
flexibility means storing numerous lengths of triangular tubes is not
necessary and the availability of spare caps even allows cut-offs to be
used for shorter items — saving you money on packaging.
Triangular
postal tubes for A3 or A2 documents are covered with our stock 16”
& 19” lengths with these 46.5” diameter triangular tubes covering
larger posters or non-paper or non-rolled items. Other triangular tubes
or triangular boxes can be custom made for A1 or A0 posters or other art

Construction & Use
When
these triangular tubes are assembled they are of double walled
thickness on two sides and single walled on the final side. This
combined with the ability to adjust their length to suit the item being
shipped makes them ideal versatile packaging for longer items such as:
golf clubs, umbrellas, window blinds, large posters, pictures, graphics,
hand carved walking sticks & many types of wall art or craft work.
All tubes supplied with end caps. Spare end caps also available to buy separately (see below).

Environmental Information
We produce all of our triangular 48.5" long cardboard poster tubes and cores in the United Kingdom. They are produced from recycled and recyclable materials, including the cardboard caps.
As a UK manufactured product, our triangular postal tubes & triangular boxes do not clock up environmentally damaging product miles as a result of being imported from overseas.
