To meet these customer expectations, we have now launched the MusicMax Quick Pack 2 - QP2 Record Mailer, which considerably speeds up the packing time of vinyl records for the larger seller.

The MusicMax QP2 Mailer is manufactured from 100% recycled double wall board, with enhanced corner and puncture strength, to give maximum protection from the manual and automatic handling systems of couriers and post offices, while also protecting the environment.

Designed especially for the LP and 12” Vinyl Record Market, the MusicMax QP2 Double Wall E Flute board is not only stiff, but with the two layers of ridged E flute corrugated board glued together, provides the utmost crush and puncture protection available for your Valuable Vinyl Records.

Its simple wrap around design and Peel and Seal closure is both quick and easy to use, and once folded, it is obvious to see how well the design will protect those precious corners, as they are hidden deep within the package, guarded by the folded over double thickness board that runs all around the edges of the mailer.

With room for up to 6 single albums, or even just one very rare precious record - with the addition of our 317mm square double wall stiffeners, the MusicMax QP2 Mailer is the cost effective and strong solution you are after.

Pre-printed with Fragile, Handle with Care and Eco-Friendly logos, you can show that you care for both your customer’s product and the affect some packaging can have on the Environment.

The 100% fully recycled material used to manufacture the MusicMax QP2 Mailer requires no new trees to be felled, and even the customer friendly tear strip used to open the mailer is made from the same 100% recycled cardboard.
